If you take a Spanish language program, we highly recommend you to live in a family house, to practice Spanish everyday with local people, to live Spanish among native Spanish speakers, to get involved in Buenos Aires customs and way of life.

Most of the houses for Spanish language students are located in the area of Belgrano, one of the main residential and commercial neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, Argentina, few blocks away from the place where the students take their Spanish language lessons. It is also one of the safest neighborhoods. However, we do have optional housing in other areas of the city, according to the students` needs and interests.

The host families have been carefully selected to give the Spanish language students the opportunity to share their daily life and practice the Spanish language they are learning, but also enjoy their independence as they wish.

The houses are very well located, close to public transport, movie theaters, squares, green areas, restaurants, parkings, supermakets, gyms, banks, museums, schools, institutes, etc.

The host families will provide the Spanish language students with their own fully furnished private bedroom, except in the case that the student expressly opts for a shared bedroom. The private bedroom will be equipped with a bed, bedside lamp, adequate wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a heating device in winter and a fan in summer. The Spanish language or cello and tango students will also have access to the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen, to prepare their own meals, and bathroom.

We can also lodge our students in other areas of the city, depending on the students` needs and interests. Some students come to Buenos Aires to study at different Universities, to do internships, to work, to volunteer, etc., and they need to be lodged near the institutions or places where they go every day, maybe for a long term. We will help them and advise them on the best options regarding housing, to make them feel at home while in Buenos Aires.
